After nearly two decades of spearheading transformative initiatives and delivering significant results in the financial services industry across Canada, most recently through nearshoring operations in the Dominican Republic, I chose to embark on a new journey by founding Coastline Finshore Partners. My extensive experience as a seasoned financial services professional played a pivotal role in shaping this decision.

During my time at Scotiabank, I successfully spearheaded the establishment of the GBS Dominican Republic Campus, which became a model of operational excellence, setting benchmarks in employee satisfaction and financial performance. My strategic initiatives, such as developing a business case that secured USD $80 million in startup funding and forging strong partnerships, underscored my belief in the Dominican Republic's potential as a nearshoring hub.
